Need a VBA Code for Strip Chart

My knowledge in VBA is almost zero.
I need a VBA Code that will perform the following attached file:

Problem with this file, this file very slow because too much time use billow formula {=SUM(IF(RFI!$C$3:$C$943=$A8,IF(RFI!$D$3:$D$943=$B8,IF(J$4>RFI!$E$3:$E$943,IF(J$4<=RFI!$F$3:$F$943,$O$1,0)))))}” in cells, Any one help me with VBA code for update this attached file, 01. Qty Calculation Sheet.xlsm
Note:- Chainage increase in sheet “strip” up to 100KM
