VBA Create directories for each row one at a time

I have a long list (~1000 rows or so) of data that require their own directories. I have used a macro that creates directories for all rows at once, but I would much prefer to create the directories one at a time, since each row represents a submittal that will be processed at a different time and in no particular order. I envision having a column at the end of each row to have a hyperlink saying "Create Folder". I would also like this hyperlink to automatically show up when a new row is inserted. Is there any way to do this? Thank you


This is the code I used for the original directories, although I don't think it will be all that relevant.
