Runtime Error '1004' Method 'Range' of object '_Worksheet' failed

I've checked around various forums to figure out what I'm doing wrong but I can't find any post that helps me specifically. I am getting a Runtime Error '1004' Method 'Range' of object '_Worksheet' failed message for the following:

I'm new to this so I'm sure it's something obvious that I'm missing. Any help is appreciated!

Intersect(Target, Range(Cells(localrow, localcolumn).Address))

Thanks protonLeah! That did the trick. I also added Address to the second part of the line and fixed my loop. I'm having another issue, but I'm going to research before opening a new thread on it (only way to learn). Thanks again!
