Need assistance with a long macro involving multiple excel documents.

    Macro assistance.xlsx
Hello, I am looking for assistance in creating a macro. First, some background. I run reports from an access control security program that gives me door forced and door held alarms. I have 15 different locations, that have anywhere from 5 doors, to 485 doors per location and can produce upwards of a total of 100,000 alarms. I run this report weekly, and monthly. These are exported into two Excel format documents (one each for Forced/with date, and Held/with date alarms). I manually organize this data to create an easy to read table, and graph by location (three tables/graphs for each location). I am attempting to do the following,(I attached a sample of what I am trying to accomplish).

    Is this possible?

    - Pull data from two excel documents into one with a total of up to 100,000 lines, and three columns.

    - Separate the lines into like locations (15 locations).

    - Separate the three columns for each location into three separate tabs (will have a total of 45 tabs, example: location A - forced, held and dates).

    - group each like line and count for total number of each like item.

    - Combine the end results into another Excel document and create a table and graph with the counts for each location on each locations individual tab (will have a total of 15 tabs, with each locations table and graph for forced, held and dates).

This looks like alot more work and more complicated than it was in my head...

Sorry for the confusion. I am adding four documents. I receive my reports in a similar format as "Door Forced Alarms AA - sample 1" and "Door Held Alarms AA - Sample 2". I manually organize them into the result you see in "Weekly Alarm Totals - Sample 3", I then manually put that information into the format you see in "Weekly Alarms Results- Sample 4".

I would like to be able to do all that with 1 – 3 different macros if possible.
