Import specific sheet with name and Date mm/dd/yyyy from closed workbook

I need to import specific sheet with name and Date mm/dd/yyyy from closed workbook. How do I do this with a macro?
File name would be "Import mm/dd/yyyy".xls

Needs to be in the workbook you want to copy the sheet into.

with mm/dd/yy.xls I mean that it should take todays date. Possible?

Example:
Import 11.20.13.xls

anything on this?

round(now,0) will give you todays date.
