Generate a spreadsheet, which contains code inside?

So, today I am developing (I like this word) a spreadsheet, that generates some new tabs in these tabs there are buttons, associated with macros.

Suddenly, I tought of the fancy possibility to save the tab as a new sheet, but then a problem came - in the tab, which I want to save, there are buttons, and these buttons are associated with maros (I think I am repeating myself).

So, any ideas how to generate a sheet, which has one button, associated with a code? E.g. I want to make a new sheet and I want to have CODE inside it.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Any ideas? Is it possible at all in Excel or this is just science-fiction?
