Macro to create empty comment and re-size (Novice User)

I am looking to create a macro that will create a comment in a selected range of cells, remove the default text ("User :"), and re-size the comment to be 2"x2".

I am a novice user with no VB experience. I did try the macro from contextures which will re-size an existing comment but I have no idea how to modify it to do what I want.

here is what i came up with for re-sizing the range of cell comments. It works fine for cells with comments but I want it to create the empty comment for those cells in the range that do not already have a comment. Can you help?
