Email Macro for Daily Emails via Outlook - Please assist!

Good Day Dear Friends and Experts,

Hope you all are doing great! I was out of action for a quite a bit, and it is so good to be back to work and the forum!

I need a help on a macro which can enable me do the following:
    1. Excel template (attached) where I fill in 100’s of rows with the details of my team to send out emails on a daily basis.
    2. The sample text of the email is attached in the word format

Could you please help me with a macro that can be used to compose and send emails via MS Outlook using the excel data.

Happy to provide more information if required…

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Regards,
    Spiwere

Unluckily, the file shows me an error when I try to open it. It says "Excel Found some unreadable content". On second attempt a repaired file opens but doesn't seem to display anything.

    Could you please advise...

    Thanks,

No problem at all Rankin. Thanks so much for this...It seems to run fine now.

Sorry, I figured it out. Had missed the MailTemp tab. It seems to work alright now after making the alterations in the template. I'll run this on my dail data and comeback to seek any further inputs / close the thread as "Solved". Hope that will be fine!

Thanks again for your wonderful help!

    Regards,
    Spi

    Right hand?

I hope you mean left. I can't replicate that issue.

Oopss...Yes, left hand. Silly me. Sorry!

Please see attached screenshot. I would like the email to start from the point where the arrow pointer is...i.e. the Hello should start from that point onwards.

    Hope this makes sense!

    Thanks!

    Dear Rankin,

One thing that I observed a bit late was that the emails getting drafted aren't picking up the name to whom they need to be addressed. So for instance in the first case it should have Joe's name, but for now it is only starting with a 'Hello'.

Could you help me pick the names of the recipients from the main sheet. I just need the first name. Example: Hello Joe, Hello Mark etc...

Also where should make a change in the macro so as to increase length of the sentences. When I rephrased my first sentence "Here are you details for yesterday". to a lengthier one, the display did not show-up the complete sentence.

    Thanks for your help!

    Best,
    Spiwere
