add sorting formula on working code of macros

hello friends,

I was working on a file where I wanted to get data of its own to master sheet as soon as I add a new worksheet. I almost have completed the master sheet with the help of forum expert and friends. the file is attached here and need some more addon.

In this file the code is used to re-verify data on three columns and remove the duplicates entry and then update it in master sheet- Now the Need is that I want that the data is sorted A-Z in column A rest change according to it as column A contains Person Name , Column B contains Fathers Name, column C- Rank, column D- Rate, So they shall change accordingly.

So Friends : hope I am able to explain properly if not please advice ,will edit accordingly. Now please help to modify this code so that it can work as per the need.

your formula works perfect and this also improved my previous one as it shows the entry twice if the rate is changed whereas it was not showing earlier. Great it really helped me but as I need something more but for that I think I have to start new thread because I have this thread Solved.
