Macro to print a sheet

Hi Forum

the above sheet is a result of a macro. Now i want a macro to print the sheet with the following appearance in each page.

01. First Line of the print page "Statement of transactions for - Party Name" .
02. A2:I3 as header in each page.
03. Auto fit to page.

Please help. Print preview is ok with me.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
