    Copy & Paste Cell Contents into Comments in another range of cells

    Hi,

    I have a range of cells with information in: B1:B50

    I'd like to run a macro that copies and then pastes the content into cells A1:50 as comments.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi
    Depending on your needs you can do this without a macro.
    In cell A1 enter "=B1" without the quotes and copy down to A50.

    HI Tony,

    That just copies the contents from one cell to another. But id just like the contents to be copied into another cell inside a comment balloon, and leave the rest of the cell as it is.

    That's great. Although could you help me amend for some different cells as i gave the wrong ones in the first post . Original info is now in:

    M506:BJ506

    and needs posting into comments in the range:

    M5:BJ5

    Using the code above is there a way to copy data from cells in Sheet1 and paste into the comments in Sheet2?
