If you need fast help (as indicated in your thread title) and you don't have time to wait when the volunteers, yes, they are volunteering their time to help people, have time, you can go to the business site and pay for the work done. This could be faster.
You are asking these volunteers to enter everything themselves in a workbook, you attached a jpg file, instead of adding an excel file they can work with. I doubt many volunteers will even consider doing this.
Don't put your email address in any open forum unless you really like getting spam.

Although well intentioned and we've all heard the phrase "A picture tells a thousand words".. but in the Excel world, as jolivanes pointed out, a sample workbook is far preferable and in fact will be more beneficial to your plight.I have attached description of what i need in JPEG file instead of writing it here (easier to view)
