Problem inserting rows on filtered sheet

I have a number of sheets with the Date in column C. The data includes multiple entries for the same date and in chronological order. I want to set up a macro to insert a blank row after certain important dates, and have the code seen bellow to try and do so, though I am getting a bug.

The problem seems to be on indicated line. I am not entirely sure what I am doing, as this is copied together from 2 different questions on 2 different tasks. Thanks for any help!
