vba help for create new workbook

Dear experts

here i need solution with vba code...

i have workbook called "bucketing" from this wb i want create new workbook from active sheet with only column values of (B:B,AM:AM:,AN:AN,AO:AO) BY rename sheet1 (STATUS),column AO:AO (follow up) Date wants format needs to change as
MM-DD-YYYY.


workbook bucketing is contains data i want same like output as attached file of OUTPUT.Xlsb Is expected result....
