Macro or Formula to create Date range by getting input of month and year

Hi All,

I just come in a very difficult situation where i need to generate dynamic date ranges in excel to fetch data. I need date ranges generate automatically for month of perticular year. I have searched at many places but can not find out any solution I am attaching and excel sheet giving hypothetical example of what exectly i need

When i give in put like January in one cell and 2013 in another cell it should generate ranges like

Jan Week 1 (Jan 1 - Jan 4)
Jan Week 2 (Jan 7 - Jan 11)
Jan Week 3 (Jan 14 - Jan 18)
Jan Week 4 (Jan21 - Jan 25)
Jan Week 5 (Jan 28 - Jan 31)


and



2013-01-01 and 2013-01-05
2013-01-07 and 2013-01-12
2013-01-14 and 2013-01-19
2013-01-21 and 2013-01-26
2013-01-28 and 2013-01-31


You can create macro or formula anything which is possible. I have also attached excel sheet..
