Hi would just like to thank everyone who has answered my questions, however i do have one more

This is the final draft of my spread sheet with a user search form using index if error and match, what i want to know how to do is create a user search form based on the same design of the user search form on my spreadsheet that gives me the same results.

Thanks sort of but was looking for a similar layout to the search form like i have where by you wnter the engineer number then it opens the search form sheet in a re-sized window to display the information in the layout that i have already done, then when you close the serch results the search form re-appears.

How do i stop this from displaying 0 I just want it to show either n.a or nothing at all if it cant find anything

Yes I have read the rules and I will comply I do apologise i did state that i did not mean to double post it was that when i refreshed neith post was showing. So please feel free to delete the duplicate post and leave the one on there
