Train live departure display monitor

Hello, I am a train hobbyist and I would like to emulate a Train live departure display monitor.

I have 30 rows of data the first column is hour (D1:D30), the second is destination (E1:E30) and the third is the number of the track (F1:F30) and I have a live clock in cell (“A1”).

I need a code to display the first 3 trains to be dispatched counting now (“A1”) in cells B1, B3 and B3.

To attach a Workbook
(please do not post pictures of worksheets)

• Click Advanced (next to quick post),
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
• Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
• Click "Submit Reply"
