    VBA to prevent printing

    Hi
    I have a spreadsheet with conditional formatting to change cells red if the exceed a certain value. How can I also keep the spreadsheet from printing if there are any red cells?

    Perhaps a macro like this?

    Right click on worksheet select "View Code" and paste the macro in the new window that opens. You will need to adjust the range to suit your needs.

    Not sure if the cells are red or the cell font is red. If cell font then change line
