Excel Table of Contents: Hide/Unhide Worksheets

It looks like this has been discussed in many variations, but I'm such a noob I cannot yet adapt other forms to my scenario. Looking to learn how to do this on my own though.

I have 40-50 worksheets that I plan on using as a template. The workbook begins with a summary sheet "WorkbookIndex" where I have the sheets all listed and a Yes/No box. If "Yes" is selected I'd like the worksheet to remain visible, if "No" then I want the sheet hidden away. The Yes/No range is C7:C53 with each worksheet name in the B column.

Thank you kindly in advance to the help and I look forward to contributing soon myself, once I get the hang of this. Looks like a lot to learn!
