Macro to add space to single digit

Hello everyone

In the attached excel spreadsheet, I want a macro which add one extra space when encounter single digit with the symbol like below
i.e. for (4 日) -->output should be (4 日)
for (8 日) -->output should be (8 日)


I don't want to add spaces when two or more digits are there. i.e. No change for symbol like (14 日)

Its already there in the attached sheet with red font.

rowno 5 [01-JUL-2013~(2日)]--------> output should be 01-JUL-2013~(2 日)
rowno 6 : [01-JUL-2013~10-JUL-2013(10 日); ~( 日); 24-JUL-2013~27-JUL-2013(4 日); 24-JUL-2013~(7 日)] ---> output should be
01-JUL-2013~10-JUL-2013(10 日); ~( 日); 24-JUL-2013~27-JUL-2013(4 日); 24-JUL-2013~(7 日)
rowno10: 01-JUL-2013~(2 日) --------> output should be 01-JUL-2013~(2 日)

same for row with red color

can anyone help me to add only one space if single digit appears in bracket followed by 日
