Adding Rows in Existing Excel Rows

Hi Experts,
I would like to add some rows with value in the existing Excel Data.

TABLE-1 is the existing value.

A....................Right
A....................Corect
A....................rigth
B....................Corect
A....................right
A....................Corect

TABLE-2 is the value which i want to insert in TABLE-1.Suppose TABLE-2 is on another excel sheet.

Item No..... Data-1
A................X1
A................X2
A................X3
B................Y1

I would like to have result as shown in TABLE-3 Below.This result want to get by inserting the rows in TABLE-1.Also I dont want to disturb another columns in Table 1 as shown below :

Note I have huge no. of data nearly after addition may be 200 thousand Rows.
