Comparing 2 worksheets with multiple columns and finding the difference in one column

Hi, I am not experience with VBA but would really appreciate help with a formula. I have 2 worksheets with 3 columns. One column is the description, one column is a number and the third column is a cost. Columns one and two will never change but column 3 will possibly change so I want to be able to compare these 2 worksheets and excel to highlight to me if column 3 has changed. I don't need to know by how much it has changed as I can do that mannually I just want to highlight where column 3 is different between the 2 worksheets. Can anyone help me? thank you

Hi Salbo. The following macro will highlight the cells in column C, Sheet1 if they are not found in column C, Sheet2. Does this work for you?
