Dear Excel Gurus,

I am a new comer seeking for some specific help of yours.
I basically have sreadsheet with 23 tabs. I need to be able to have a button. When pressed the user will be prompted with three questions.
Q1. The date
Q2. The number
Q3. The title.
I need responses to those to have a new row created (between 1 and 2) in every tab that i specify (from 1 to 22) and be put and cells A2, B2,C2 respectively on every tab.
Ideally (if possible) i need a Q4. Hyperlink. The user is expected to enter hyperlink that is assigned to response to Q3. (and clickable).
Possible?

Any other ideas to get the resuls in a simpler way are appreciated.
