Trying to match partial string to an array, need to output related cell

Hi, I have been reading through many posts here, and they are really helpful. I'm a newbie (6 days)- I have a problem with matching a partial string in a column in a tab to a column in another tab, and returning the value in a corrsponding column in the second tab. I have attached a sample worksheet to illustrate.

In the "Names" tab I have the following data:

I'm trying to see if any name in the Company column matches names in the "Customers" tab. The Customers tab looks like this:

If there is a match, I would like to return the corresponding code (of the matching customer) in the "Code" column in the "Names" tab. I would appreciate your help.
