Cell data in rows (Separated by different delimiters)

Hi,

Could anyone please help to separate data from a cell to rows? Data in Cell is separated by ; , "" (Alt+Enter) and : .

As of now I have attached code which is working fine if data in cell is separated by only one separator however need your suggestion to apply additional condition if data in cell is separated by two or more separator in a cell.
