Grouped buttons with if statement (if column J is selected then answer colum K)

Hi everyone....I have a spreadsheet in which there are two options to choose from (Option A (column J) and Option B (column L)). I am looking to add some sort of code that states when Option A is selected they must answer an additional question "Is a Buy/Sell in progress"...answer either Y or N (Column K). We don't want them to be able to type anything in column K if Option B is selected. Is there any way to make this happen?
    Thanks for your support

Instead of keeping the option button for every row.. Just make use of before Double Click event to mark a tick mark and based on that the coding will be very easy and convenient one

I will proceed further based on your interest on this suggestion
