locking shapes and pictures on excel sheet

How do you lock inserted images and shapes on an excel spreadsheet?

I've done this by locking the sheet (with password) but it locks everything on the sheet.

I want it so anyone else that opens the macro won't be able to move the images/shapes.

I tried locking specific cells...but again...it locks the whole sheet.

any help/ guidance would be appreciated.
