Combine Multiple Rows

I have a data set that has multiple rows that I would like to combine into one based on applicant_id.

I have attached he before and what I would want it to look like after.

So, data sort by Applicant_ID then Entry Date. In Column E, it would combine the notes of any duplicate applicant_id's. From there I can data sort to remove the duplicates... Any help would be appreciated.
