Hi,
In my form I would like to have vertical button (very high and quite thin). On this button I would like its caption to be aligned from bottom to up.
Can this be done?

Yes - you may just make the Word Wrap property of the Commandbutton True.

Effect is not exactly what I expect.
Caption text is just wrapped letter by letter or two letters if fit, and is wrapped from top to bottom. (this is totally not readable)
What I would like is caption being rotate and written 90 deg from bottom to top (like text written not horizontally but vertically).

I do not agree - rotated text is less legible than horizontal text. If you wish rotated text I think you must use picture (you may copy rotated textbox from sheet as picture and paste into Picture property of button).
