Question Drop down list/multi select

    I hope this doesn't sound to complicated, but I'm trying to find an easy way to collect some data, and would appreciate any assistance. If I have a spreadsheet with 200 employees listed, and am polling them with 20 questions (yes/no) is there a way to either create a drop down for each employee and check either yes or no for each question or is there another way that might be easier?

    Re: Drop down list/multi select

    There are several customizable online survey sites and survey applications designed to do this better than Excel. Also there are a few ready-made Excel survey templates you may find useful.

    If you do a web search for something like Excel poll survey template, you may find something close to what you want. If not, reply back here.

    Polls & Surveys
    Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
your VBA code here
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

    Re: Drop down list/multi select

    I did look into the survey options briefly but the issue I'm having is asside from the questioner I have 15 comluns with employee info. Name, birthdate, favorite restaurant, pets etc, so I wanted to keep everything in one sheet if possible. Could I some how list the 20 questions with a yes/no answer but make it so each column only shows 1. Yes, 2, no ect in a drop down for each employee?

    I did that, but then then the circle keeps spinning and didn't upload. I will try from another PC in a little bit. Sorry about that.

    Hi,

    Can you post a before and after workbook? I am having some issues understanding what you want to accomplish.

    Thanks
