Transfer from WS to WS range not working properly

Good day, (Happy New Year)
I was wondering what I was doing wrong with the following transfer code. I need to be able to range only my A2 and not my A1 as I have tittles in my Row A1 to R1.
Every time I have nothing in my A2 to R2 it will take A1 to R1 instead. What would I need to change so that only my A2 to R2 to be copied and not A1 to R1:
