Textbox value equals value of selected cell

I have a user form that opens when a user clicks on a command button. The user is then prompted to select a cell within the D column. The value of that cell needs to go into a textbox within the form. Is there a way to do this without having to add another command button in the form that performs that action?

I've uploaded an example. What I am looking for is the user will click on the command button. Then they can select a color like they are prompted for. They do have the ability to chose another color which will overwrite the previous one, but the value needs to go into the textbox.

Maybe something like this:
