Help please to build a macro to find cells with strings of text not containing a word

Hello -

Could someone please help me develop a macro in Excel 2010 which will allow me to find cells containing long strings of text without a word appearing in them and then delete those cells while shifting them to the left? Your help is greatly appreciated.

The macro should find the cells not containing "PUP" in the string of text and then delete those cells shifting them to the left. Once again, thank you for your time!
