    How to update form label caption based off selection

    This is an example:

    I have a form that has two command buttons labeled Yes and No respectively. When the user clicks on Yes the original form closes and a new form opens with a label at the top based on that Yes selection. The same thing when the user selects the No option. How can I do this?
