creating spreadsheets using a template and data sheet

Good day all. I have a spreadsheet that I use for collecting dental records. I currently use Capturx for excel. we are looking to move to using tablets. the form currently works using the capturex function and a lot of modified codes.

the main function is to clone the spreadsheet and prepopulate the worksheets with the data. the summary data is working and all of the functions are working. the main two issues I have right now is how to clone the spreadsheet with out call ing the adapx function and also the other problem is minor. as we were using paper and pen we wer able to just circle the teeth that were present. now I am curious how we will know which ones are present if we are using tablets. do tablets have the function for us to just circle a cell?

Just a word of advice, and I would use fake names as this seems to hold sensitive and personal information. Just a thought.
