View currently filled variable results?

I am desperate to know if there's a way to use one of excels existing features, in which it highlights a line of code and when you hover your mouse over that particular line it tells you what is contained within that variable, currently selected on the userform.

I can only seem to achieve this by accidentally causing an error in my code, I'm still not quite sure how to trigger it... I do find it extremely useful though, to see how variables are being passed around etc...

Is there a way to use this feature other than when triggered by an error?
