Workbook saved - send auto email (first instance only)

Hi all,

I have the below code which works great as a BeforeSave event. It sends an email as soon as the workbook is changed and saved. However what I'm looking for now is for the email to be sent only once per day. So for example if the workbook is changed and saved 3 times in one day then I don't want the recipient to receive 3 emails but just one email reflecting the first time the workbook was changed and saved. Does anyone know how I modify the below?

you can save the last email sent date in a cell and check it out before sendind a new one for example …
