Please help transfer of data based on value of a Column

    Hi,

The workbook attached is something that I have been working on for a few weeks now and just don't have the knowledge to finish it off, What I am trying to do is to, base on the name in column "I" create a sheet with that name (if there is not already one) and place the information on that row from column "a" to column "m" on that sheet on the next avaible line on that sheet. So taking the first row as example: Column "I" has the name Rob Henry in it, therefore I need the code to create the new sheet with the column headings on it and then transfer line 3 columns "a-m" on the a sheet called Rob Henry.

Please I have tried looking through a look of different forums and really can't make heads or tails of how to change some of the codes that are doing what I need to suit my needs, I thank anyone that can give me a hand sorting this problme out.

    Hi PCI

Firstly thank you for your help, but I seem to be still having trouble, I copied the code into the macro that I wanting it to be used for and I still comes up with debuging request, the first one is in th "Set sh = Sheets (sh33tName), and the error says, sub script out of range"

    Thanks

Does the file I sent working on your computer?
Is sheet "Master_Sheet" exist with the wording:
The space has been removed to avoid any confusion
Check the name inside the procedure
The best and easiest is to send a short part of your file: Remove all personal data

    Hi,

Firstly thank you for your help I reviewed the extra comment and found the error, it was the spelling of the Master_sheet should of been just Master sheet. Thanks alot you have been a real help.

But I was wondering if you could help me some more currently it is coping the complete row and I only need it to copy columns a through to m and also in the format that the cell is in such as the dates need to be keeped as dates they are currently changing to a number that once changed to formate (date) they return to the correct date.

You have been a great help to a large number of people and I thank you again
