Web Query for password protected websites

I have searched forums and tried to find a solution to my problem but I cannot crack it. So far I have understood that I should use something like this to login to the webpage where I want to get my data:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    ...the rest I left out

The above code stops at .UserName.Value = "username" and I have tried to replace .UserName.Value with .Login.Value, .Benutzer.Value etc.

Can somebody give me a hint (I am using Excel 2010)?
