Copy particular columns from multiple workbook into one workbook without opening

Hello Everyone!

Is it possible to capture the data from multiple spreadsheet (>200) at a particular location without opening it.

Location of folder:--C:\Oracle\January
Columns to be captured:-A, B, D and F (time truncated from column D)
Record to be captured:- based on sheet name date

e.g. For sheet "POLIO-BB-US-WHO-20130102", records will be captured by filtering the date of only "02/02/2013" (as both are matching)

Output should be like sheet "My requirement" present in "POLIO-BB-US-WHO-20130102"
