Need help with Dynamic Range in my code.

I had the code working until i tried to mod it for a dynamic range.. the columns that are always used is "A" and "H" but the rows always change .. could be rows 20 to 50 or 540 to 800 it always changes from day to day... column "A" always has "Michael" as the cell value.. below is the code I have..
