    Help needed with selecting rows

    a b c d e
    REPRINT 41615.080 hugh Jackman Saturday, December 7, 2013 Swedish Ballard
    REPRINT 41615.070 hugh Jackman Saturday, December 7, 2013 Swedish Cherry Hill
    REPRINT 41615.060 hugh Jackman Saturday, December 7, 2013 Swedish First Hill

    Ok, so this is what i have. i want to be able to have the user select reprint and have it select that row and start the macro. is this possible? column A could be either a button or hyperlink. but i do not know the appropriate code to get this project started.
    a = activation column
    b = tracking number
    c = original writer
    d = original date
    e = destination

    thanks in advance.

    (I tried to space the very top line to match the data below it, but it didnt work)

    Hi Road,

    I find this confusing - you have three rows that start with REPRINT - so what do you mean??

    Well, that's what is supposed to start the macro and let's the computer know which row that the data needs to be copied from. So if you wanted 41615.070 you would hit the reprint "button" associated with that row. They are bill of ladings.

    Hi Road,

    So a button for each row - or you could go with an event, can you post a sample?

    how about a single button that starts the macro and asks the user to enter the tracking number and then does whatever you need the macro to do?
