Copy data in other sheet, paste and save it in a new workbook.

Hi Excel Gurus,

Please help me with my problem.
I have a button (in a userform), I just want to copy all the data of Sheet2 (which is in veryhidden) to a new workbook and save it in a directory: 'C:\data'. Filename will be 'Data_name' where 'name' is based on the value of combobox1. Also, whenever that filename where already saved, it will overwrite it.

I've attached the workbook.
