Listbox, textbox and cell worksheet

Hi everyone,
I have problem with listbox, please help me.
1. if 1 click >| then textbox1= fist row in listbox2
2 click >| then textbox2= second row in listbox2
3 click >| then textbox3= third row in listbox2
..........

(fifth click because i have 5 textbox)

2. Regimen (textbox6) = value textbox1/value textbox2/value textbox3/value textbox4/value textbox5

I expected that value in listbox2 will be appears in cells H6, I6, J6, K6, L6. and textbox6 have value is H6/I6/J6/k6/L6 (it is regimen to treat for patient, i am a doctor.

Fist of all, thanks very much for your support, i have spend many times for write code.
I have an other question:
1. I want to textbox 1, ...texbox5 appears the id drug (column C), change B1 by 02
2. when the CommandButton4 click sort ID drug from textbox 1, ...texbox5 and textbox6 appears textbox1/textbox 2....../ after sort by ID drug
(That you know, we have standardization regimen_sort by priority drug)

1. Pls help me to appears ID drug in textbox 11, textbox 12, textbox 13, textbox 14, textbox 15
2. Sort textbox 1, textbox 2, textbox 3, textbox 4, textbox 5
by textbox 11, textbox 12, textbox 13, textbox 14, textbox 15 (by ID drug)
3. txtregiment= textbox 1/textbox 2/textbox 3/textbox 4/textbox 5 (by ID drug)
