Color change of complete row

Hi , i need a code in worksheet change ... when i select a cell eg in column L , the enitre row color changes to light red , and when i hit enter to go to the next row of column L , the next row color changes and the color of last row again come back to white ,,, and this goes on in whole column L selction.

code works perfectly but one more thing , i want the entire row 3 interior color must remain blue , it will not change, want to b permannent
