Copy a sheet to a new book, perform action on new sheet but make new sheet invisible

I want to copy sheet1 to a new workbook. I want to perform an action on the new workbook, however I do not want to see it. How can this be done. The below automatically activates the new book after i copy which is NOT what I want.

Ok, this works to keep the focus on the original workbook, but the new one still shows up in the toolbar. How can I keep the new one completely invisible?
