VBA To Copy Cell Contents and Paste Depending on Dropdown Selection

Hey,

I've been trying all sorts of things the past few days as well as what I could find on google to possibly help my case, but no luck.

I'm still relatively new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I Attached a copy of what the workbook currently looks like.

I need the dropdown at the bottom left when selected to autofill the cells below it..

The sheet that the data will be coming from is named Core Progression.
