Outlook email upon specific text in cell

Hi
Can somone please take a look at my code and see why it doesn't work properly???
It should pull the information's from the the row as below when text in column 25 change to "OPEN"
Currently I am getting this error "Compile Error: For without Next"

You have a for with no next. Whack a
Next I
Above the end sub. That will close the loop.
