VBA Userform code and starting position

Hello, i would like to ask for some help with excel userform. I made the userform but dont know exact code for it, and would like to know how to set the entry position for each field. I made an example file. Normally it posts on the top of the page, but i would like to change the position, as shown in the example file.

Unfortunately it isn't very easy.

There are a few things to make it simpler.

You can select multiple controls by clicking shift and left click together.

Now if you right click you have align options left, right, top, bottom.
Size options same hieght, width, both.

Group options.
