    Recording date

I wanted to make an account creation system. I can do all of this myself easily enough i was just wondering if it was possible for when a button is clicked such as a save button once account details have been entered to record the date each account was created. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

Select your cell with the formula and copy.

Now click on paste special and paste the value into the cell

Thats it. You are ready to go.
